A few Ohio St comments. I know a lot of bettors will gladly take Penn St as HD this week:
1) First off, what about Franklin's track record? Is any HC more predictable? He wins all the games he's supposed to, he loses to OhioSt and MICH.
2) Buckeyes have looked some combination of flawed and/or disinterested. Public sentiment has swayed enough to swing the opinion from Super Team to Shaky Team.
3) Several Buckeye players turned down the NFL to come back for the 2024 season. Look at the Phil Steele four-deep All American list. I count seven Buckeyes and only one Nitt Lion.
...These players should be highly motivated to perform on SAT.

-21.5 is the # I wanted to lay. Army is a great team, and not everyone recognizes it.
...The 2023 game @Air Force is the game where Monken switched from the finesse offense back to the power game.
...And Army hasn't lost since. Eleven straight wins dating back to last year.
The Army offense is as balanced as you'll see from an Option team:
...They can run between the tackles. 6.6 YPR, and Daily is a steam-roller in short-yardage situations.
...They can run wide if opponents try to stack the box. Noah Short is a speed merchant who averages 11.6 Yards per Rush (and 26.9 yards per reception).
...Daily has just enough passing touch from his Texas HS days. They don't pass too often, but when they do, it's deadly. 8/0 TD/INT ratio with an amazing 20.6 yards per completion.
...Lastly, Army is the best blocking team I've seen. Everyone blocks, including the WRs and even the QB.
Daily is having an amazing season. And I barely hear a peep about it.
...He's produced 26 TDs and zero Turnovers. He's on pace to produce > 40 TD this year.
...I do think he has a chance to go to New York as a Heisman finalist. Will see if that materializes.
I have confidence in this Army team. There is a small prospect of the backdoor being open.
...After building a big lead against East Carolina, Army gave up some late TDs.
