Desperation move for sure, they are so all in on this season and now chasing their losses. The only silver lining - the rest of the schedule isn't exactly murderers row:

Improves to a 2nd rounder if the make the AFC Championship I think. Raiders have dead money for 2 years of about 13 million.

I think that’s the deal.

These guys never won anything in GB at a time the division was one of the weakest in football so don’t expect much here. Lots of hoopla for 2 guys who deserve each other.

I just read in a sports column that with both Adams and Jakobi Meyers out last week the only legit WR on the Raiders roster was Tre Tucker.

This is the part I'm having a hard time wrapping my head around.
Tucker is the only legit WR that's active (I read where Las Vegas called up a practice teamer and converted a special team's player to WR).

Tre Tucker was in on 62 of the 65 Raiders offensive snaps last week, had no touches, no receptions, just two targets.

How can a team's only full time Wide Receiver be on the field for 62 of 65 snaps, and only get two looks the whole game from the QB?

Maybe my west coast amigos Header and MJ can explain in detail as to what's going on out there in Las Vegas.

Vegas is pulling off a good old NBA tank. They will get some upsets and get coach's fired. They will have to try real hard. Some really bad teams.

I have one question on this news. Adams was traded to the Jets, and Cooper was traded to the Bills.

Someone can tell me if I'm off on this. Did these lines really move based on the WR trades?

*Jets flip from +1.5 to -1.5. Rams tick up from -6 to -6.5.

*Browns bloat from +5.5 to +6.5. Bills tick up from -8.5 to -9.

Someone tell me if I'm wrong on this. I'm of the opinion that these WR changes can't be worth that much.

Remember that Fantasy FB players are now betting, too. And they think they know the driving factors, even if they can't name one Lineman on any of these teams.

Right now, this Jets team is a big, stinky inferno.

Did you see last night when the ESPN cameras panned the Steelers owner's luxury suite late in the fourth quarter.
The GM and the Steelers brass were literally dancing with joy, reminded me of the footage of Times Square in 1945 when our boys came home after defeating Hitler when we were dancing in the streets.

The late, great Art Rooney had to be rolling in his grave with laughter.
