Ravens won 24 straight in the preseason. Often times as -165 or less number and maxed out as a -260. So the opportunity to profit on preseason games is there, but we most likely missed the boat on the best bet going all across sports.

Very true. I was going to chime in with two points:

1) SOME GUYS do very well at NFLExhib betting. The constant would be that they are actively seeking out research that will impact the game.

2) Information flows quickly now. So, it's about getting down ahead of the move.

The Baltimore Raven stat is a good test case. Can you profit following the trend? Or is the Harbaugh pre-season stat factored into the line too heavily?

Now THAT is a good angle. It's been a while since I've looked at the distribution. What you say is very true.

The value of landing ONE has to be much higher in Pre-season. I'm not 100% sure whether there's a way to capitalize on this in the betting market.

Coaches hate pre-season. They want to test out some backups. Losing a starter to injury is devastating.

unders usually pay decent in the first week or 2.

coaches will often look to strengthen their weaknesses from the previous season so look for that angle as well.
