Happy Fathers Day to my favorite gambling family
I woke up early as hell today and can't go back to sleep so just been handicapping. Just wanted to give a shout out to many of the long timers, that I know have children, and the newbies. So a tip of the cap to all the fathers out there.

And as always GO METS, hopefully they can sweep Jakers Padres

Well if he just walks JD Martinez he should have a good day as everyone else couldn't hit their way out of a wet papersack unless Marte is back in the lineup today, he has been crushing it too.

We never had children, three dogs though.
Different, but the same if I'm making sense here.

I am in same boat. My kid was my dog. Sadly he passed away a few months back while I was in rehab so that has been on the mind today. He was my son, I hear you loud and clear Nasher.

The guy in my avatar (Cooper the Wonder Dog), he died last year, four months short of his 20th birthday.
Cooper was my very best friend I ever had.

Well Jaker, I think we see some runs today. Only a total of 7 for these two pitchers is crazy even though both lineups have been pretty pathetic. I am alt lining to over 7.5 +105. I can see a 5-4 type game here.

Us too. We're on our 4th German Shepherd and our third cat. When we got married, we decided to not have kids, so I got snipped. Best decision we ever made.

Over looking good early as Cease getting rocked again...

A 4-1 deficit for this Padres team seems like a 10 run lead.

I ended up taking over 3.5 1st 5 too so it was nice to cash that before there was an out in the bottom 1st. I was trying to figure out what Kim was doing getting picked off 1st base be a mile.

I saw that, I have Tatis, so I keep an eye on SD, plus that and I hate LA.
The Red Sox with that MASH unit, and the Padres have been driving me bat shit crazy all season.

If KC can get a mid-season live arm via trade, then maybe KC can make a deep October run.

Who would have thought a month ago that Matt Waldron would have a lower ERA than Cease?

Another trade by Preller that has had no effect on the win column...great scout but awful at putting together a sustained winning MLB roster.
