it's the most random, dumb bs sport on earth. teams win off random lucky bounces off the puck off peoples bodies or skates where it just has a lucky bounce to someone who gets a clear shot while the goalie ended up leaning the other way

lmao, 5 runs in the 9th... willing to bet the total for this game was 8.5

that's why if you have a game that's 4 or 5 zip going into the 8th and the winning team isn't very good and on the road and the home team is a winner who just didn't show up you CASH OUT and run away with most of the winnings
