Well, well, well. A gambling life (60 years) has many twists and turns.

I had my worst NFL season probably ever. Had 2 survivor defeats 2 picks with 19 left of 250 entries, pays 4 ways got ZERO. Top 15 out of 1200 for 20K, failed. Lost 6 of 8 bets probably -2K or so.

Split $100 square with friend, WON with 5KC, 2SF. Like hitting the fkn lottery. Not sure of $$ yet, as I just wrote it off and never realized until KC was driving. Probably 6K split. Out for the year. FKN miracle. Purchasing 4 $50 lottery tix next.

As of last night: square was $200 (so 20K total). Split with friend of 45 years who doesn't have much $$. I don't have any of the payout details nor does he. This was all his idea and I could afford it so I covered half for him. Getting a little anxious. I would have been at the club Monday morning at open.

I didn't even realize I was a possible winner until SF scored in OT and KC had the ball. Said to wifey (Reading Kindle half asleep) holy crap we have a real shot here. Who would have thought 5/2 would get top prize??
