Baltimore or Phillies (which is the better series bet)

Leaning Baltimore to get by TEX,
but also think Phillies are a live dog as I expect ATL to fold before the WS. I dont see the character, leadership or intelligence in the ATL lineup to carry them all the way & the starting pitching is suspect but not sure Phillies are the ones who can take them out.

Would like to read thoughts (for and against these two series plays).

Because I feel like Baltimore can hit better. And even with Baltimore pitching being subpar with Bautista out I’m going to see more than one start out of Montgomery and Evodali against a much better hitting team before I believe they truly can carry a team through another round.
Rays lineup is just not the same without Wander
