opened an account with them-DK- early last year. Deposited $10 with them to get close to $200 bonus, just piddling screw juggling around to see what they where about. 6 months go by the account is just north of $800. Ok fk it really just want to cashout so i go to do that and they lock my account(once i request a payout?). Really forgot about it till few days ago i try to unlock account. sent a email ask what they wanted they said a statement from bank or utility bill ect ect.. with name and address. So i sent them a dividend statement from broker with my name, and physical address which i received within last 60 days. They wont accept it...lol Anyway first I have a DL from a state that doesnt require you to reside in to own one and the house i use to own in that state has been sold. All my properties are under fictitious names, or my wifes for tax purposes. Also they all have wells, and run on solar the few that do have electric are not my name either..lol
How does one get verified on DK???

            Strange.

I assume you're in the US.
I'm in Connecticut, home of the tribal casinos.

I've always received seamless and very timely payouts.
I'm a sixty minute drive to Mohegan Sun (Fanduel) and eighty minute drive to Foxwoods (DraftKings) I can pick up cash money winnings right there if I want to make a day of it.

Snail Mail checks take about four days, you can get same day on plastic.

Since I set up my DK account, I've never been asked for ID (verification)
            They pay.

Your integrity is solid gold, I believe you 100 percent, that's why I said "strange"

Opti can give you better details, Opti is the best there is when it comes to matters like yours.

You send them a bank statement and a utility bill.

Know Your Customer rules they have to follow does not make allowances for keeping assets in fictitious names or allow you to choose to send a broker statement instead of a bank account.

If you would like to argue it, theree is not much point telling DraftKings how you think it should work. You will need to appeal to the state regulator. But I am pretty sure they will tell you the legislation requires what Draftkings are asking for honestly.

If you want to me message me which state it is I can give you the correct contact to appeal.

I get it, you would think a broker statement would work because they require same as bank for federal registry.. Geez really not even worth my time..lol typical day for me is juggling 3 huge projects @one time m and the 1 or 2 slow days in the week picking up materials all the while doing dump runs, because roll off company's charge electrician prices now. I rehab/build houses the stages are all he same work just might be in reverse build-vs-rehab either way i can pull 300k in 3 to 4 months...lol this bs here with DK isnt really worth my extra effort

Some states specifically cite a bank statement is needed. I don't know exactly why, but I would guess it is due to the know and uniform KYC system banks are required to follow. Like a credit card used to be considered proof people were over 18.

I'd think not having a utility bill proving your address would be an even bigger problem than the bank statement usually btw.

A catch22 of this is once you start arguing about what should be needed, the paid-to-be-suspicious people in security depts will very often see that as a sign of a problem and just dig their heels in more. The state regulator really is the better place to ask. Their reps are really looking for reasons to help players in most states I have seen working so far.

You're so busy you can't send them the bank account and utility bill because it's just not worth your time to collect the $800 but somehow you do have time to post about it on a message board???

Sounds like a time management issue

I still wager part time once in a while.. As stated above I have no utilities in my name.. The broker statement I sent them is a bank as in td bank I have a card with statement monthly. Sent them a statement with the information on it, they declined to accept it.

That is the way to get these rules changed if you have the time, money and motivation.

But it sounds like updating your DL address could get you across the line now?

Have sued and won several times mainly large money lawsuits. most awarded lawsuits leave no recourse regardless the judgment, eventually the more time they drag it out, and the time goes by awaiting appeal, agreements are made that are fractional of the original amount. We are talking rules changing here I dont see it unless its a multiple person lawsuit

Nash, you're not doing it right.

To take advantage of the profit boost, you have to have a +5000 parlay at least. Then it goes to +1000, which is way better than a 2 teamer. Play with the player props, do a plus 10,000 parlay and it'll be +20,000
