They did have a time out.

The defenders were all over him so maybe it's easier said than done that he passes to the open guy, #11.

But before he jumps out of bounds and tosses up a duck the timeout might have been wise.

He did for a few seconds. 2 more and it's a 5 second violation. Timeout was needed.

Happens every year though.

I remember maybe 5 years ago SFA was down 4 and some kid just like goes blank mentally and closes out hard af on a last second 3 and fouls him and of course the kid on SFA makes it.

It was to go to overtime so I can't actually remember if SFA ended up winning
