It's more of a talent agency kind of thing where you either have it or you don't. I cant imagine any training program other than a site just hiring you to do a certain job and maybe a brief guide of what to do.

Most of these sports betting sites and forums probably just hire tout type of posters who post plays, content creators(people who make videos/write articles, and than people who just post a lot in general who are interesting and create humor posts and stir up drama like the likes of JJ.
