Basketball:

Frequent miscommunication as to who is supposed to inbounds the ball when the other team makes a basket when you are down 6 or more

Baseball:

Other team keeps leading off the inning with hit or walk when you are already down 2-0

Baseball: the team you’re against gets a rally going after the first 2 outs and scores 1-2 runs.
Or your team gets a guy on second or third with no outs and scores no runs

Football: a drive where the team against you has 3-5 third down conversions in one drive.
Refs continually throw a flag against your team on third downs

Hockey: wide open nets are completely missed

Basketball: the way the fouls are called at the beginning to establish play. Not just regular fouls but the ones that can change the game style

Two on, two out, 2-2 pitch called balled three that was clearly an inning ending punch out.
Instead of sitting in the dugout, inning over, now the pitcher has to come in to the batter.

Seen that a million times. They get squeezed sometimes twice in an at bat and then its Homerun or double. Always seems to be runners on when this happens too or that's when I notice it.
