TCU - nice story this year. Their Oline looks shaky early. OSU kept Stroud clean most of the game. Georgia lucked out winning that game.
TCU going to need breaks to keep this close like Michigan gave them.

TCU can hit big plays. But more out of a balanced offense.

They weren't bluffing. EZ to say now, but this does tie to an old-school handicapping theory:

*In big games, figure out who the HOUSE needs.

Doesn't mean you're gonna win. But the line is probably tilted a few points. House loves the public betting into the fat side.

I'll take a stab at it. It's not an insane comment.

First off, man, I'd like to jump in a time machine and bet GEO. Sometimes, these games look so obvious the day after.

Reading the line moves are NOT so obvious. There's sometimes a dis-connect between Ticket Count and Handle.

Squares don't have deep pockets. You could see a lot of small square bets. And then the deep-pocket Sharp comes in on the other side.

Re: last nite's game. The # trickled down from open. Went below 13 to -12.5.

At that point, you had to wonder about a Sharp/Square split. People were BETTING tcu b/c they looked like vs Mich. But the books NEEDED Georgia to clear a profit.

One bit of late injury information. Speedster RB Miller didn't play. I think that caused the tick up to -13.5.

"Vegas is bluffing" implies that TCU was going to hang and that the # wasn't sharp. You saw the game, how did the Frogs look? This stuff is always much clearer in hindsight.

TCU was playing scare, very conservative, unlike their previous 14 games. Vegas took me to the fcking cleaner. I haven't seen anything this bad in my last 20+ years of sport betting. GA hasn't been covering the spread, and all of a sudden they covered. Unreal

I lost a little on TCU, but wasn't all that surprised either. Georgia has been there before and survived Ohio State and was ready to go. That TCU/Michigan game was nuts and I think those kids were tapped out. Reminds me of Baylor/Gonzaga. I really wanted to see the Zags run the table, but when that kid hit the last second game winner and all the celebrations? I knew they wouldn't be ready to play their best 2 nights later

It's easy to be a Tuesday morning QB so to speak. Let me just say this... the future line on Georgia VS TCU before the semi games was Georgia -15.5 and that was with a 100% healthy Kendre Miller. IMO vegas knew Miller wouldn't be available... and they mysteriously opened at Georgia -13.5 and why did it open like that??? I have no clue... Georgia struggled a little with Ohio State??? That would be my only guess. Doesn't make much sense.

I don't know exactly what went wrong with TCU? All I can say is Kirby knew all the ins and outs what TCU would throw at him... and TCU was manhandled.

Just like a poster mentioned above... what the hell does Vegas bluffing mean??? Doesn't mean anything.... just an exaggerated thread title.
