Presumably the Texans will take a QB at #2. I can see them taking Stroud.

Who wants Bryce Young? Colts certainly makes sense. Raiders? Falcons?

I would think Bears prefer Colts to stay in the top 4 where they can get either Anderson or Carter. I said before, but Buckner reuniting with Eberflus in Chicago makes some sense. Colts probably need to think longer term with a new QB.

The Bears did phenomenally well today. Look back at their roster in DEC 2024.

If they're smart about this, they can acquire picks and still select the top defensive player that they want. I say that they'll draft at least three players who will be Defensive starters in DEC 2024.

been telling you your theories are insane. of all games you assume the nfl fixes texans/colts lol? the nfl is too good a sport that doesn't require rigging. guys that never played football don't understand teams like texans and lions that want to win. gm's and owners may want to tank, but coaches and players show up to win. you really exposed yourself on this one.

more teams should do this. the meat and potatoes are often in 3rd and 4 rounds. guys that will be on the team for years with much less money and allow you to build. top ten picks are a roll of dice and more expensive dice roll.

I was thinking the same thing when my Colts blew that game. Swap #1 for #4 and Colts top 5ish #1 next year + Buckner. He's still a top 5-10 DT. I'd throw Pittman in too for a 3rd-4th rounder if the Bears insist. That would set up the Bears with 2 big weapons at WR.....kind of like Cincinnati has. All they would need would be a speed guy.

Solid ideas.

Only problem is if they get Buckner they'll want Anderson over Carter, but Arizona will take Anderson at 3 for sure.
