One of the classmates said that the kid did in fact shoot her on purpose. The kid had brought bullets to school last week and said that he was bringing a gun. A parent told the school and they didn't do anything.

Apparently the little brat was fighting with the teacher and he pulled out gun and shot the teacher and almost killed her.

Time to start putting metal detectors in and have entry body searches in protocol at grade schools now I guess.

If they would have allowed teachers to have guns in classrooms the 6 year old would have been eliminated before posing a threat to the teacher.

According to that state's law.... minor can't even be charged... even as juvenile. Parent or legal guardian would be charged.

I understand the child has a gun. Talk about an odd thing.... you're going to blow away a 6 year old child? Talk about a huge decision to make. Crazy. I wouldn't want to be in that situation... having to make a choice like that. I don't even think a police officer wants to be in that situation.

How is that kid gonna be in his teens? Menace to society most likely!

If the kid is shooting at innocent people then shoot the little brat I say in the leg or shoulder or something. If you don't you'll get shot and die maybe if he's pointing the gun at you.

Make him squeal and cry for his momma with a leg wound. That will teach him a lesson. Go shoot the parents after..

parents get fined and i think kid can be tried later as an adult when 18 but somethings wrong today young kids shooting real guns how did they learn to?

i never wanted to shoot a gun when i was 6 yr's old i was still playing with plastic soldiers and bottle caps in street a game called dead box

trading baseball cards flipping or pitching up against wall ....... dayum wish i saved them i used to buy the whole box for $2 had triples of top players even if just kept cards in a box not touching they be in top shape

the only time i shot live ammo was on boardwalk in wildwood or atlntic citty 22 caliber rifle shooting at ducks

never a real gun until i bought one for protection

blame it on video games and internet thats the only way lil kids would leran how to load guns and shoot them

If I was the teacher and a 6 year old in my class is pointing a gun at me and I have gun in my holster I wouldn't hesitate to shoot him for one second.

More like -

- Parent not parents on welfare gets high daily and forgets about the kid and doesn't get jail time.

- Kid goes in and out of juvy growing up then ends up in a street gang as a late teen after dropping out of high school, gets shot and killed gang banging while drug dealing on the wrong turf. Best case scenario gets arrested for murder instead and gets life in prison but lives.
