long failing list but raiders better go grab a qb that plays every week and can beat Cheifs

so plenty of vetran players raound and haed coaches

Broncos omg ever since peyton manning left and your Head coach you now are a door matt open the cash vault you need tons of help

Cowboys will never see a SB with owner jones wearing all 3 hats he will not step aside has to interfere with every Head Coach

    and Dak prescoot is done

Bears ok new hc but still fields is not the answer

    massive help they need

vikings great 1st year wth rookie HC

Packers comon man your defense and run game are bad rodgers is done nfc north is now a joke compared to what they were 8 years ago and the o line too

Chargers mehhhhhhhhhh not much better 2nd year some games i just scratch my head like home losing to Jaguars who are worse team when traveling west

in other words teams that can only beat other losing teams need help

texans Titans jagurs Raiders Chargers Browns Saints

steelers ok rebuilding but they win games they can win

Ravens wake up your QB's stink you never will be in any sb with those jokes

and i still say Browns are thee worst afc team currently how can you lose almost every game in 2 years 0-16 then 1 n 15 fuggin jokes no QB's no wr's that are mentioned only RB's Chubb and whats his face

I would find a trick play specialist.

The play calling is too predictable now.

Hire people for management positions who have demonstrated they can do the job well, then let them put together a strong roster. That's really the only thing ownership can do.

Don't draft quarterbacks under 6' 0" Bryce Young is under 6' "0 leading to a NFL bust. Don't draft quarterbacks from Ohio State like CJ Stroud.
Don't draft running backs in the 1st round, one of the least important positions to draft in the 1st round.
Mobile quarterbacks that rush more than 600 yards in the regular season has never won a super bowl for that season.
NFL MVP regular season winner hasn't won Super Bowl since Kurt Warner Rams.

I’d have the tax payers build me a MASSIVE stadium that “we need to compete” and create multiple LLC’s to sell overpriced food, beverage, merchandise, etc… and sit back and GET PAID. Wouldn’t lift a damn finger. Would be the GM too so I don’t have to pay some loud mouth more than my own loud mouth.

You sell those shit teams and move on. Get the cash, move on and never look back.

What ever you've been doing isn't working and you suck as an owner. The sinking ship won't turn around and continue to float.

The same goes for most failed investments in life.

Ownership or executive level management taking control of player acquisitions almost never works out well.

It depends on the sport. In sports with no salary cap you keep overpaying so you can get the best players and that is how you fix it.

In teams with salary cap you have to have a QB with no big salary so you can pay for above average players in other positions. It is not easy because you can't pay the best players to all play in your team.

If costs exceed revenue, that will lead to bankruptcy.

Half the NFL pays it's starting QB below the median wage. How often does that half of the league outperform the other half?

I would pay big bucks for a superstar offensive coordinator and defensive coordinator. The way to get one right now is to make them the head coach. So, a lot of teams lose a good OC.

But, the coordinator offensive scheme has to fit the personnel. You cannot force the players to play a style that does not fit their skill.

By making them win. Unless I could make more money by them losing.
