Cal Neva Club in Reno has the top of the deck blackjack tables as long as I can remember. Is there anywhere in Las Vegas that has this game? I've never seen it anywhere else besides Cal-Neva.

11-1 blackjack first hand out of a shuffled single-deck (player or dealer). 20-1 if you both have it?

The edge is just play it every time after a new shuffle.
