And yeah, Daniel Jones has had some of the shittiest, and I mean world class shittiest offensive lines in the history of the NFL. I never played QB but I know more than enough about the game to know that it's next to impossible to a) make an accurate throw when you're running for life on 50 percent of your snaps, and b) stay off of the IR list when running for your life as well.

Most of interceptions are due to poor protection and/or lack of skill players surrounding him, and his fumbles as well.

How shitty has the Giants offensive lines been the past three seasons?
Now that Tyrod Taylor is out with a concussion that makes three NYG QB's concussed in the past 2.5 seasons.
Jones was out with that neck injury that needed surgery last season, Mike Glennon stepped in and promptly got concussed, running for his life (go figure?) and had to finish the year with that Hall of Fame to be Fromm who should have asked for combat pay.

Have you seen some of the beauties Jones has dropped in to Sheppard when he gets just a little bit of pass blocking?
The kid can throw when he has the time, not to mention he makes about four big plays a game with his legs.
Behind Allen, Hurts, and Jackson, he is the fourth best rushing QB in the league.

First four games this season, Jones has had a little better protection, and he has had almost a full compliment of skill position players all of a sudden he's a 3-1 starting QB, with only two picks, none of them by the way were on him, and averages almost 50 rush yards a game.
What did Parcells always say? You are what your record says your are.

NYG and Jones find themselves in a bad spot again this Sunday in London vs. Rodgers and the Pack.
Jones has to start with that ankle sprain, which he suffered from, guess why? running away last Sunday from a blitz, and it's Ground Hog Day all over again, Jones probably be without his new favorite weapon (and punt returner) James also due to a bad ankle, Sheppard (again) is on the IR (ACL-knee), Gollaway also on the IR, also knee-MCL, and head case Toney has a bad hammy and is ruled out.

James and Sheppard are Jones's most targeted receivers (both 20 plus), they are hurt, Toney is out, again.
Slayton is MIA, I love the rookie TE Bellinger, so does Jones, good blocker, makes the catches, but how many TE plays can you dial up?

So what's that leave for a hobbled Jones? Sills and that's it.
Good luck with all that, you can't feed the ball to Bark on downs one and two, and pitch him a flare on down three every series.

So if and when Aaron Rodgers goes up by ten or more points, and Drabol/Jones is forced to put the ball up early and often Sunday, don't you think GB is going to bring the house, against that o-line, what do you expect is going to happen?

And the folks who don't know exactly what is going on with the Gee-Men, don't watch them more than once or twice a year, are going to say what they always say, that being "The QB sucks"

Daniel Jones is not going to be enshrined in Canton, Daniel Jones is not the second coming of Joe Montana or Peyton Manning, but he is what he is, that being a slightly better than mediocre starting QB, and with any sort of pass blocking and a WR1 and a WR2 that isn't always on the IR could be a pretty good starting QB.

And I would love to see what Peyton and Joe Montana would have done under the same conditions?

      Does he suck?
      Hardly.
Do you see how hard you have to try to make him look half way decent? I’m going to assume you’re a Giants fan like me. We’re LUCKY to be 3-1. Did you see the Dallas game? Most Giants fans were BEGGING for Tyrod to take over…that’s how bad Jones is.

I'm not trying to go out of my way to build Danny up, more like defending him from the 'suck' label.
I like the kid, but I am a realist too, he's a mediocre starting QB that could be a pretty good QB in the right situation.
Be honest, given what he's had to work with, he's done an OK job, not great, but not horseshit.

We're both Giants fans, that Cowboys game going in had failure written all over it.
And I don't like our chances much in London either.

I wish I grabbed the 9.5 points though when I had the chance.

Oh by the way, looks like Webb is backing up Danny Sunday.
        Hold your breath.

If that game had ended in a tie...would have been Indy's 2nd tie of the year:
*What would impact on Tie-breakers be? IE, do two ties = one win? Or would one win take precedence?
*If Indy gets to that 2nd tie...do they shoot for a 3rd tie later in year? Could schedule Arsenal at some point.

Cokin had a pretty funny tweet during the game: "Kirk Ferentz thinks this is the most exciting game he's ever seen."
Where's the fuckin power box, Carol?

Is it based on win/loss percentage? If so, 8-9 > 7-8-2. 2 ties not as much as a win.
