Fantastic show imo. Might not be that realistic overall, but the acting is top notch! Super entertaining and funny too.

Borderline sexual assault is not supposed to be funny, but the last scene in Episode 8 when Dr. Buss went from crying to opening his nurses blouse and sucking a titty had me rolling. Thats the hardest I've laughed all year.

That's what I thought, Joe:

1) Redeeming quality = John C Reilly does actually look like Buss.
2) The actor playing Red Auerbach failed miserably. Didn't look like Red...and didn't act like Red.

Well it did start a little slow, but its fantastic now imo.

That's what I thought, Joe:

Damn how old are you? How did Red or Vince Lombardi act? I wouldn't know....wasn't born yet and I'm 55. The Larry Bird actor doesn't have his southern Indiana accent at all. Its not perfect, but its entertaining as hell imo. Jason Clarke (Jerry West) might be over the top in this, but he's been a very underrated actor for years

Oh yeah, I almost forgot. Jerry West is threatening suit against this show.

They got his character way wrong. Threatening defamation.

Mitch Kupchak backed up West. West is known for being a quiet and serious guy. The idea of West flying off the handle is dramatized.

And yes, the Auerbach character is done poorly. Red was a distinct individual. Carried an aura, hard to duplicate.
