They draw from your cash balance in order to get the bonus.
Example you have 100 cash and 10 casino bonus. You lose 10 on one of their bull shit slots. You now have 90 cash and 40 to roll over still (5x roll on the bonus). All the other PA books kill the bonus first to my knowledge. Don’t really play there that much but wanted to make those aware who weren’t. Also, this is a shady offshore type move IMO.
