Booster(3rd) Pfiser has a one day down time. Short term pain for long term gain.
Swollen lymph nodes under the arm pits and fatigue but no biggie.
Sore arm, take it in your non drinking arm.

The Pfizer shot isn't a booster shot, it was always suppose to be a 2 shot vaccine.

I got the shingle vaccine last week. Had a few cocktails that night. Next day I was a train wreck, like a scene out of the Living Dead. Arm hurt for 3-4 days.

I got the Shingrex vaccine a few years ago and it is wayyyy worse than the Pfiser booster.
I know many people who had shingles and said if they had to go through it again they would off themselves!
Not a nice affliction.

It was but not any more. This is a fluid pandemic and changes often.
If over 65, or have underlying problems get a 3rd(booster) of Pfiser or Moderna. 4 weeks to 6 months after the 2nd dose....dictated by a physician.

Take tomorrow off.....you may not be as "off" as I was but I doubt you'll want to go for a run.

Most people who had Pfizer will need a second shot even if they are under 65. I got moderns and I am under the age of 65

I may have not added this is the Booster, or the "3rd shot".
Sorry.

Good to hear. I thought I was the Lone Ranger on that shingle vaccine. I got a 2nd one coming up. Does it wear your azz out too?
Got my last pipe cleaner to the brain covid test today. A biden EO to reenter the land of the semi-free. That EO thankfully ends Nov 1 for those vaccinated.

Pretty much the same for me. Better than a ventilator.
The antibodies are increased 10 fold with the booster and should keep you safe from dying with Delta.
There will be more "boosters" coming as this is never going away, unless you die.
Stay safe!

A person like you has a 5x chance of dying in the next 6 years with the vaccine than not taking it.

2nd Shingrex is just an "off" day......plan it on a Fri/Sat...then watch football and relax.

I got the J&J vax back in May, so I'll try to get another one in the next few weeks. I didn't have any problems the first time so I doubt it will be different this time.

I think you got to be 65 years old or older to get it.
How old are you RoyBacon? I thought you were much younger.

You're opinion, but over that and watch out you're playing with the Grim Reaper!
We also find in September COVID-19 was the number 1 cause of death for people age 35-54 and among the top 7 leading causes of death for people in other age groups.
