LOL. No doubt. Every game we've played has been a battle of attrition where you've just kind of lost focus late and given me an opening. Like I said, it will even out if we keep playing.

lol just typed a long post and my connection crapped out

I know I said I would play after the game, but to make a long story short:

Coors brewery -> Coors Field -> bar -> 7-11 -> motel

finally back at motel but it's 11:34 PM and I have to get up at like 8 AM for my flight

drank more than I'm used to plus I have stuff to do before I go to sleep at like 2 AM, so basically I don't have time for chess.

If anyone was counting on playing me tonight, sorry about that. Hopefully my connection at home will work well tomorrow night.

I especially want to play Bread and Tsoprano, but I'll also play others if they want to.

Ryan... you're way better than your record right now. But it's a long season.

Think I saw a post by the Dutchman about him beating a grand master once. Pretty sure if that's true he'd wipe most of us off the board in a hurry.

Based on what I have seen which isn't much the quality of play from the top 4 posters is not a large disparity. None of us are incredible but we will all offer a competitive game.

Play for fun General. I'd game it up with you sometime.

I will tell you right now I just need to cool down my late game attack and focus more on fundamentals I'll be fine.

We need more players to get a better field of talent and more diverse strategies.

Games were usually under 10 minutes, I believe. It was up to the participants to agree.

Yisman. see if you can earn enough badges to the point where if you post a comment it moves to page 2 automatically haha 10 minutes is fair enough. I just don't like playing blitz or lightning because I am using a laptop and can't move too quickly.

lol, I don't think that will ever happen. I'm maxed out on badges now anyway. Can't earn poker badges, as there's no poker. No more top sportsbook/casino winner.

All there is is trivia and that hasn't happened recently, and I lose the trivia badges constantly (they only last 30 days). Oh well.

My preferred chess time is 8 minutes with 1 second increments (added for each move you make).

I usually play at chess.com. It's free and they have better software. Yahoo sometimes doesn't register legal moves or checkmates. If you put your opponent in checkmate using a double check or a discovered check, sometimes yahoo doesn't register it. Yahoo is pretty crappy in my opinion. Never heard of chesscube ill have to check it out.

used to play that , until i found out my opponents were feeding my moves into chess software , thats why they always win .
