Some Books Still take Neteller?

It looks like Jamaica has not updated the Deposit page in months, as it seems ALL methods they have listed are now gone (*******, Neteller, Citadel, SoldPay).

All of them are still available to non-americans.

You are correct, I forgot there was a rest of the world!

So JJ, they are listed for non-Americans, but they will fail if we tried to use them.

I asked most of the top 10 books, Neteller is still available at all except VIP for non US citizens
