I would just leave Jones in and have him QB the rest of the game...do 50% QB draws and 50% passes....the Sooners haven't even slowed him down...he's getting big chunk runs...don't try to fix it if it ain't broke!...

I was/am fully aware as to who was in and out.
What I was counting on was the coaching staff making the play calling adjustments going in.

I’ve said this four times already if Florida would stay with those quick hitters for 12 yards instead of going for home runs this would be a closer game.

That’s no the way football works, if you don’t mix trash and Emory together and instead just play Emory the defense will adjust since he can’t throw the ball more than 5 yards with any accuracy.

Using Emory only has value when the defense doesn’t have time to adjust to the contrast in styles between him and track.

Emory can’t throw 5 yards down the field if you play him too much the defense will adjust, his only value is that teams spend all week preparing for trask not him.

My logic was wrong, I thought the Gator coaches would have adjusted to the situation (reserves) and I thought 8.5 would be enough.

Their was absolutely no reason to bet Florida.

With covid these teams get in at most 1-2 practices a week, which meant their was no way to get the young players ready. Literally every starting receiver and pitts opted out, which showed the gators didn’t give a shit about this bowl.

The only reason the spread wasn’t 16 is because some uninformed people just think the sec will beat any big 12 team.
