Serious question for Brock: why not move to New Orleans? Cost of living low. Great food. No snow to drive through or shovel. Good proximity to other nice spots along the coast (Biloxi, Pensacola, etc).

my friend lives there. last summer he lost power for a week and nobody did anything. his entire neighborhood. its was 85 at night with 90 humidity

place is struggling
