I would urge everyone to stay home for the next few days. This was probably a massive ruse to draw law enforcement’s attention for some other diabolical scheme. Or it could’ve been just a test to measure the bomb’s effectiveness.

I read police were going door to door telling people to get away as well, maybe it was the police giving the warning. I’ll be honest I’m not sure I’m not in a position to look it up.

Cops confirmed that the warning message was being played when they arrived at the scene, so it wasn't the cops giving out the warning.
