Besides your standard reply, you give them the occasional reminder that "your records are strong across the board" (see above quote). However, I noticed that in this thread you are actually down approximately 70 units (as of your latest post). Can you please explain to me what you mean when you say "my records are strong across the board"? I don't mean this as a cheap shot against you whatsoever.
