I live close enough to Pittsburgh that I would get the cash live if I won a decent amount, but just to put it on is a hassle

A pain? It's the easiest way possible. I move money around via Paypal on Betrivers all of the time.

Paypal is a Godsend.

If you can't handle setting up a PayPal account, you're probably better off going up to the betting window or over to a 7-11. Let's be real here, it is about the easiest platform/software ever created to send/receive small amounts of money.

If you have your Paypal account linked, then this screen should pop up when you click on "Cashier"

I have one but it only lets you add money via bank account and said it will take 3-5 days. I’m sure it’s easy but it takes time to set up. This is legal betting, you shouldn’t have to run through paypal

Like bitcoin, I’m sure it’s easy to use if you do it all the time. My point is that you shouldn’t have to go through PayPal for legal betting.

Oh yeah, you have to have a verified checking account linked to your Paypal account. I actually thought that you needed that to even have a Paypal account. It's been a very long time since I set up my Paypal account.

It's just one way to fund your account that I find it the easiest. I can withdrawal and have my money in my Paypal account in minutes.

I do have that. My issue my PayPal has zero because I never use it. It said 3-5 days deposit with a bank account. That’s why I didn’t do it, especially for a one time thing. Betrivers “online banking” doesn’t work either

Well, it's legal betting, but I guess that they want every one who bets to go through some kind of process to make sure that they are legit and not trying to scam the book.

That is weird. I deposit all of the time with Paypal even if my account is ZERO(money comes from my bank account with back up from a CC). But like you said, I use it all of the time.

You can get a green dot card at Walmart and fund it with whatever you want and then transfer it directly into your Paypal and have instant funds.

Maybe they weren't checking incomes and got fined so turned it over to 3rd party to deal with. This is why offshore is best. They don't care if you are a broke dik, they will take every penny. Legal sites have laws. No clue if this is the reason. Just guessing..

It may have something to do with that. Because I don’t use it so much, harder to actually get money on it. I did the 7-11 thing back in the day at sugar house, my first deposit ever in Pennsylvania. For today, I’ll do it, but it just seems like I shouldn’t have to.

They switched their ACH provider. Now you have to login to your online banking to deposit. Most banks are available. The old system worked better.

FWIW, I called my bank with the debit cards issues and they said “although gambling legal in PA, our 3rd party who runs our cards doesn’t process them because they have branches in other states”

Yep the online banking didn’t work although I do think that’s because of my bank, which is ridiculous because this is “legal” betting

The problem is that PayPal says it will take 3-5 days to get the money via bank account. No option for anything debit
