Former Angels staffer Eric Kay has been charged with illegal possession with intent to distribute a controlled substance in connection with the death of pitcher Tyler Skaggs.

So what's the sentence for this if he's convicted?

Yes, I agree he needs to be held accountable but he may have been getting stuff not realizing what was actually in it.
