Timekeeper's been horrible all game. I also notice very quick restarts on out of bounds/first downs

Its been like this the last few years. They used to stop the clock until the chains reset. Not anymore. They stop for 1 second maybe 2 secs and then wind it again. Ive seen numerous games where teams that play super fast have already snapped the ball and the chains are not even set yet. I think its an attempt to speed up the games. 3-4 yrs ago every game was almost 4 hrs long unless it was army vs navy then of course the game was over in 2 hrs.
