Minimal public speaking ability. Take a class. Hire a tutor.
Well over 90% think because they are rich and someone put a microphone in their face they are a genius.
All they would have to do is listen to the interview and realize what they sound like. ( this is NOT a Black/White thing either)
I was listening to Sports Radio driving through Boston. The pro athlete they had on just had a good game the night before.
During the 2-3 minute interview, the dude spewed 30+ "YaKNOW`s" and actually 5+ were IN A ROW.
I was laughing so hard I almost had to pull the car over.

Learn the bare minimum of how to handle money for the long term.
And don`t trust ANYONE.
