There is no easy way to stop. You just have to know there will always be games tomorrow and to not be a dumbass. We all fall victim to this at times and many that do it everyday. There is no cure for a terrible bad beat that makes you want to go all in on some play you didn't cap. Self control starts and ends with you my friend, period.

Just ask yourself. Do I know what the fuk I'm betting on? Do I know this sport? Did I research the teams playing? If you answer no to any of these questions, don't piss your money away and bet.

The quickest way to end up the red is to bet on stupid shit. Winning gambling is about self control and knowing when to call it a day. Like unde said, There's always tomorrow.

Thats part of the reason I've been happy betting soft lines in WV instead of in bitcoin. While it sucks having to drive 50 mins each way, I only make bets I truly love once every couple days (bet that night's and tomorrow's in one trip). 11-4 last 15 plays, crushing right now and up a ton so far in 2019. Also leaves me less time watching games and a more balanced lifestyle.

I'll had your issue many times. Good ol Asian WTA or ATP matches at 1-3am and Aussie A league soccer. If you find yourself chasing Aussie A league, at least stop by Optional's thread, hes done well in that league this year.

You have to want to win MORE than you want to bet.

That will take constant discipline and determination until it becomes a mindset.

Then, it becomes a habit and is easy to maintain.

As soon as you do that, the problem is fixed.
