For a questionable call, sure. But you can't let receivers just get wiped out before the ball gets there. If you won't call that, then defense will always get a stop with the game on the line.

Wvery call should be reviewed, that was obvious and had huge implications. Usually, one call doesn’t decide a game, today it did and it cost the Saints a trip to the Super Bowl. Refs have proven they will miss calls and make the wrong calls regularly, time to review every call in the booth and get it right

maybe not every call,give teams challenges to review calls and the ability to change wrong calls.

The TRUTH of the matter is that the Saints still had every opportunity to win the game. They won the toss in OT, but Brees was intercepted and the Rams have a great kicker. Sucks for Saints fans but if you look at the entirety of the game, the Saints lost. Fact.
