Too late, yes, sorry, final update ran overnight at around 1:30am ET.

For those that missed out and want to join for future races, I will post instructions in Post #1 on Tuesday explaining how to do so. You cannot join the normal way because the external sites itself locks all leagues at start of Race 1, but SBR NASCAR will be allowed to add members throughout the year. I just need to get the procedure from the site manager Jordan on Monday.

Guys, this thread had been up for over a month and it says in Post #1 that you had to join no more than 24 hours before first race. It turns out last update was run at 1:30am this morning, so you actually had until 13 hours before first race. Nothing we can do about procrastinators that don't read the rules. Remember, this is run by an external site, so it is not like SBR has much leeway.

With all of that being said, I will add procedure in Post #1 tomorrow explaining how those that missed out on first race can join for future races. Do NOT try and follow the current steps in Post 1 if you missed Race 1 as rosters are currently locked and we will have to follow the new procedure to add new members.

we understand that the post has been up for a month but figuring we are in 2019 and you should be able to join a contest a few minutes before start time...we can put a 1979 rover on mars but cant sign up a few minutes before a race starts..nice website

missed the sign up not even going to bother, this is the biggest race of the year

Are you fuk'in kidding me LT? So the rosters are locked and I can't register my team? This is bullshit, the race hasn't even started yet.

Login to the other site is the same but you then had to join the Slingshot 2019 league, which apparently 5mike5 did but you did not since you are not on final list in Post #185.

To help ensure you are in for the first race, please register no later than 24 hours before green flag!

As it turned out, you actually has until 13 hours before first race since last member update ran at 1:30am,

I've already made them on the Slingshot web site, joined the SBR Nascar league and now your saying we can't participate in the DAYTONA contest ever though the race hasn't started!
