It’s real easy to play well when you flop minimum top pair EVERY hand. He even got lucky with the seat draw to have position on Manions big stack.

Dyers main event in a nut shell. Not only makes a boat on the turn but has the luck to catch a river that guarantees a call. It must feel amazing to run this good in the biggest tourney of the year.

Hand #51: Aram Zobian limped in from the small blind and Dyer raised to 2,150,000 out of the big blind, which Zobian called. The flop brought 9s 6d 5c and Zobian checked over to Dyer, who continued for 1,825,000. Zobian called and the 6c fell on the turn. Zobian checked and called Dyer's second barrel for 3,125,000.
The Qh appeared on the river and Zobian checked before facing a third barrel worth 9,650,000. Zobian called without much hesitation and Dyer turned over the 6h 5h for a full house, Zobian mucked Q9o.

dyer showed he never plays live in that spot. i believe miles bet like 27m into 78m, so it wasnt a huge bet, almost like begging for the call IMO, i would have expected a bigger bet with a busted flush draw. just so fast a call with almost no hand at all

That river was actually perfect for Dyer to get away from and he still ended up spewing chips...What are you snap calling there a busted flush?

I also think Miles should have raised on the turn....You're either getting it in really good or taking the pot down there and not letting Dyer suck out with a flush? He just got really lucky with Dyer's fish call on the river to get paid

I would've raised the turn, too.

to me raise on the turn looks very strong, but i do agree that maybe dyer should have thought about the river for more than 5 seconds
