Betholdem and Bet365 POKER(PRIMA NETWORK) Dangerous site to play

My account has been frozen for over a month now by PRIMA NETWORK. Betholdem and Bet365 holds my account in Prima POKER network. My account has been frozen because I play most of the players in the same table most of the time. I play OMAHA most of the time and in PRIMA POKER ROOm they only have 1 or 2 tables open for 3/6 or 5/10 most of the time. So they put a red flag on my account. I requested a hand histories and a solid evidence of what they are accusing me but bet365 has ignored my request and never even tried to explain to me why they have frozen my account. Betholdem only sent me 2 hand histories which is worth $100 pot. And I ask Betholdem where is the chip dumping or collusion on that hand and he(Alex the Poker manager) never provided me with solid answers. all he gave me was his opinion. He also said that he will distribute my 4k to all the players I played with.
How can he distribute my money to the players if he can't even come up with computations I have been requesting for over a month.

Betholdem is also saying that some other player have been using my computer. If that is the case then there is bug in their software or my computer is being hacked by another player through Prima Software.

It's been over a month now that I have been waiting for computations and evidence for chip dumping or collusion but they still can't provide it. Prima has over 9K of my money. I wonder what they want to do with that.
I've been talking to many players on other poker sites and they are telling me that PRIMA POKER Room is a scam because their account has been frozen also and they were provided with no evidence.

TWO places accuse you of colluding at the same time, your user name is similar to our non returning friend, the 'using a friends computer' thing again, two very big wins, etc. etc.

Id imagine you have been quite detailed in your dealings with the poker rooms as they have offerred to give the money away (or back) to the players ... so they must feel very very sure.

Even if he didnt give you solid answers, what answers did he give?

This reminds me, what happened to the motorbike betting mother ... I think we should be told here.

Also, to the mods, bet365 always respond on Euro forums to respond ... Im sure they would like to do the same here as they are now getting two trashings (which is unusual for them). If they will go as far as donating the money to other players then they must feel quite sure ... why tick off a player for no reason or profit?

I'm not related to that that player. But i have the same letter with bet365. I emialed them more than 10 times and called them many times but they offer no explanations. They froze over 4k of my money. It's the worst sportbooks I've dealth with.

Who should I cntact so I can get helped my money from these corrupt sportbooks.
