Plenty of upgrades were made to the SBR Posting Forum mobile.
How's it doing now?

Still don't you can edit a post that has been submitted?
Edit by SBR Lou:This is now live.
This is being pushed live today. It ended up taking longer than planned --- there are rules that each usergroup has as far as editing posts, so adding it wasn't as simple as we would've liked.

Speed is better though. Just big imo. Could be condensed a bit. Could we add a link of some sort to go to sportbook/odds pages?
Just suggestions. Thanks Lou

the "last post" button doesn't work unless theres more then 1 page.
Edit by SBR Lou: Update: I thought you meant the "last post" button viewing the sub-forum list (which works). If you instead wanted to open the thread, read the first post, then click "last post", the button next to "Post Reply" doesn't work properly. Thanks.
I cannot reproduce what you're describing on any phone here. Originally, what happened was if there were multi-pages, it'd go to top of last page. That was fixed. What phone browser do you use?

Can you be more descriptive? We added the old Quick Reply button and the # of posts is the same. Comparing side by side, I'm not seeing a noticeable difference.

when i click on any thread in any forum theres a "post reply" and "last post" button. if theres only 1 page and i hit last post it does nothing. if there are 20 pages it takes me to the last post.
i know its nothing major, but i would still like to skip over 39 posts that i've already read to get to the last post if theres 1 page!

The old mobile site was smooth and quick.
The new one is sensitive to the scroll touch and very slow IMHO.
Plus, the reply box is laggy/stalls and doesnt have a way to post youtube videos, etc. And somehow the iphone auto-correct doesnt work in the reply box.
I can deal with it.

If I want to send a pm I click the user, and it sends me to their mysbr page and I have to click send pm from there

I think its a million times better than what you had at first with the new system. I am sure as we go along adjustments can be made to make it even better.
I was using the full site on my phone, but this is good enough now to be used on my mobile.

If pms could be like they were on the previous mobile site, that would make a huge difference.

can u please have Mobile site as a selection of the FULL SITE like in a drop down box at the bottom again?
because I am stuck on FULL site pc view since I clicked view full site.. I cannot get back to the mobile view.
I always used to switch back and forth as some things were impossible to do mobily... for instance getting to sbr sportsbook/contests without typing in the exact web addy.. much easier to goto full site then click the links on right side... would be COOL if u didnt even need to do that (there were links in mobile) but that is farther fetched no?
So to make this more clear.. On the PC full site view, u need a place/drop down box/etc where u can say go back to mobile site/view. It is a necessity, otherwise why would u ever goto full site view if u cannot get back (hence where I am at)

*EDIT - nevermind I see now at bottom of page it says MOBILE VERSION
1. When reading a threading mobile.. There is no way to get the post url or click the post number so u can copy the webpage address.. This used to be there.. Please add it back.. Thx. That way u can directly link somoneto a a post even if mobile.
2. When reading a pm.. U cannot look at that persons pt history by clicking their points link under their name.. It brings u to an error page everyone.. Says resource not found with yellow coding.
Thx

That's correct, this was a conceptual deal. 99% of users seemed to Quick Reply on old, making quick-hitting comments without HTML, bold, colors, links etc. If enough people ask for the full tools, we can revisit... but this is the first comment I've seen on it.

This functionality is added. Just hold your finger on the numbered perma-link and you can copy the specific post.

It works good on my android. It's essentially as good as any other mobile site I try to use. Of course, a mobile experience will never be as good, or identical to how you usually use any site. The key is obviously making it efficient and workable given the important information you would need to use on a given site.
Ultimately it let's me do what I need to do, in a timely and non frustrating manner. The main purpose of a mobile site.
