Wouldn't it be the opposite. If everything thinks Hillary is going to win anyway, they won't bother to vote. Trump's deplorables would stand in 12 inches of snow for him. I can guarantee you that Hillary will be saying on 11/7 that the election is going to be close and that she wants her supporters to vote.

NO because shes ahead in the polls & has a better chance to win. Its not meant for the fateful its meant for undecided voters that maybe leaning Trump. Plus people are more likely to go vote for a winner than a loser.

I don't know about that. It cuts both ways really. But I just think it's a bigger concern if supporters of the presumed winner let their guard down and assume victory.
