I got smoked on this game. 3-0, knowing Arrieta is 49-1 - that's an easy bet even at -580. Then when the line keeps moving back to -300, -270, -250...keep doubling down, making the first bet look even better.

Then dumbasss blows the game. Its one of those things. You gotta play the odds when they are in your favor, even if it ends up losing at the end. Horseshit. Only thing that can save in situations like this is money mgmt. have a max amount you are willing to go, and don't go past it. Trust the odds. Shit losses are gonna happen from time to time, and tonight was it.

Haha was just thinking the same, literally had to force myself to close out my book and stop looking at the live lines. Had +1 giants and u8 plugged in at one point but couldn't pull the trigger. Probably a good thing, woulda split. In the past, i have definitely paid some highhhh juice for what i thought would be and easy W and got fukkin rocked.

Sorry Cubbies backers. I was all in on the Cubs. 3 wins out of 30+ on the year. I never win in baseball. It was inevitable. Someone, something, just likes to torture me. Three run homer from Jake, and they are gonna lose. Unreal.

Maddon didn't manage it well with the bullpen though. Giants just have a horseshoe up their ass every other year. But, I'll take this loss to see their fans get their hopes up only to lose anyway. Since, I won't do the Cubs a disservice, and bet on them again.
