So you found 2 cases out of thousands of incidents to prove your point? Did you read the Brezler incident??? He knew he was sending classified information on an unsecured line. Game, set, match. Then apparently Brezler went on a tirade on why no one did anything with the information basically blaming higher ups for the deaths. Not a very smart move. It seems that in this area it is very subjective. They are not going to go after most people making honest mistakes. But if you try to be a whistle blower and you are violating sending classified info INTENTIONALLY, you might get clipped. I don't know all the details here but not even closely related to Clinton. It is very clear that HE KNEW he was sending classified information on an unsecured server and did it again.

You are proving my point in the Deutch case. Clearly, he and many other people use additional means to send classified information because they didn't have the proper tools to do their job.

I handled Top Secret information for 17 years. Just google Dupont and the company on an old check I've attached. You had to have a top security clearance to set foot in the reactors (we had 5). I can tell you how we made special nuclear materials, how we disassembled them, stored them, and distributed them by handing them off to the DoD in the largest show of force you will ever see the US conduct when we moved SNM fuel. There is no higher security threat than for SNM to get into the wrong hands. I handled classified information before the internet and email gained popularity and I had constant training to address the security challenges when they grew. I've had access to bomb designs that were so ingenious only a fool could think of creating. How to create perfect geometry around nuclear material and surround it in a tritium gas so that our bombs would have 1000x the punch.
Years later, much of that information has all been declassified. Stuff I couldn't even share with my office mate could be found online. If I told you when we were going to move fuel, that is leaking classified information but you don't think my girlfriend knew when I was working double shifts??? Do you have any idea how much information is considered classified? Corporate and government officials couldn't even agree what was classified, "Top Secret", "your eyes only". Do you really think Clinton is the only person mishandling information? Come on man. We had people who didn't even know how to shred documents correctly. It got to the point where they had to be official government shredders that shredded a certain size. Do you want to arrest secretaries who didn't know how to shred paper?
I never said Hillary never did anything wrong. Like I said before EVERYONE that has handled classified information has made mistakes in protecting it. EVERYONE. I'm saying that it's pathetic to go after anyone trying to serve this country in this area. Most people with clearances don't fully understand what is classified because it's confusing as fukk. Most people are not purposely leaking information for financial gain. I do not see any willful intent with what she did. Show me intent and now we're getting somewhere.
