Alright. I lost over 6k the last 2 months paid on time each week except once that was like a couple days late. Now 2 weeks ago I won 4k and he paid off 1500 and said he will have the rest soon. So I played last week and won another 2k. So he owes me 4500 and said he will pay this week. I go through an agent and his excuse was that he had other players slow playing and he had to cover for them because his bookie only gives him money when they have a losing week after losers are collected and winners are paid. I am wondering is this typical for bookies and agents? I believe he will pay me as he is a long time friend and he handles bigger money from other players.

I have given up with bookies, haven't found one that pays decent since the last guy I dealt with got nailed by the IRS. Everyone I have dealt with since either slow paid me or cut me off.... Right now its just offshore or points for meComment -
Stay away from bookies let alone your friend who is a bookie. It's not a good way to continue particularly if things go bad. With most of the A rated books, you'll not have to worry about slow pay...Comment -

i had one do this, wouldnt answer his phone or call me back. Found out where he was at through a mutual friend and surprised him. I didnt beat him up or anything just told him i wanted my money, he called me that week and gave it to me. Havent done business with him since. Not a lot you can do other than just complain to them a lot/ and let others know they dont pay out.Comment -
