This, when the local who I have known by the way for over a decade, at the local vendor of charisma near my condo offers me open ended parlays/teasers, in game live wagering, etc. etc. etc. I'll drop Tony at 5Dimes like 5th period latin class.
Not to mention something as simple as 1/2 time betting.
But he's not going to offer me what Tony offers me, and if you are smart about it you can eliminate most of those aforementioned fees Sweeper is talking about or cut them.

I totally agree with this. Locals aren't the locals of 90's anymore, my local offers anything offshore does including parlays, if-win, round robins, live betting (on each and every NFL, NBA and NCAAF game) etc
Over the last 6 weeks I've cashed more than 10k and never had a problem, 4 pm sharp on Thursday I have gotten my money.
