Oklahoma did manhandle Nova at the beginning of the season. This Nova team is different, but Hield is Hield. The guy is neck and neck with the 3 point record set by Curry. The kid can flat out shoot. Not only to mention he has other teammates shooting lights out right now as well. While Nova is a great team, I just don't think they can stop the firepower of Oklahoma.

It is, just ask ND. There is a reason Cuse are 9 point dogs, they go on massive scoring droughts and all their scoring comes from a couple players. One of those players have an off night its over right off the bat. Cuse isn't even the best team UNC has faced in this tournament and none of those teams have been able to stay within double digits. If you are looking at what happened in the regular season to justify Cuse covering this game then you haven't been paying much attention to basketball. Every knock on Carolina during the regular season has been erased in this final month. This isn't Virginia and it sure as Hell isn't lowly Gonzaga. The truth is UNCs best is just that much better than everyone else and people have been trying to come up with reasons every game as to why UNC is going to lose because they don't want to see them win it all. This is no different so grab those points, it looks like alot but don't be suprised if it isn't nearly enough. I might be a fan but while everyone else has spent time telling me I am just a homer and what others teams are going to be able to do against Carolina I just keep watching Carolina stomp them one by one on the way to the cashier.

DOM why do you like okla? I highly respect your opinion on games, but Im having a hard time seeing Okla staying within the 2 here. I like Nova ML rather.. Im thinking about taking Nova ML and Okla +3. It seems as if everyone has been fading Nova all tourney long, yet they keep shutting us up.. I just think if Nova dominated Kansas the way they did, they should be able to handle Okla, who got dominated by Kansas twice during the season. Are you putting all your eggs in the Buddy Hield basket? Or is it something more?

Interesting that you reference the OU-KU & Nova-KU games (all were tight games) yet don't mention the previous OU-Nova matchup on neutral floor 3 months ago. I get it... It was 3 months ago, a lot has changed.

BUT, Hield & Cousins scored almost 40 in that game. And great guardplay in the final four is imperative. OU outrebounded Nova and out assisted them. OU defense forced Nova to take more than half their shots from beyond the arc, meaning they couldn't penetrate and get to the basket often.

I like Villanova but it seems like their flaws were exposed by the Sooners before and I trust Buddy & co. to do it again.

i didnt leave it out purposely.. kinda just forgot it happened honestly. But yea i dont put much stock into a game that was 3 months ago anyways. Nova is playing much better now obviously too. I could be wrong, because i didnt watch it, but is it possible that more than half of nova's shots were from beyond the arc because they were getting destroyed and were just chucking up 3s left and right?

I loved okla against oregon, but for some reason i just dont like them today.. Lots of time between now and later to change my mind though.. Thanks for the response.. BOL to you as well
