When you're 19 and you're one of the top players on your team, you're gonna get a lot of attention from opposing defense. On the contrary, if Mcdavid played on a team like the Blackhawks, he would be the 5th option maybe, so defenses are not going to gameplan for you. It makes a big difference. You might get the numbers/stats, but you're team isn't gonna be winning many games when your best player is a 19 year old. That's just a fact.

you honestly think mrazek is the reason wings are losing? there was a two on one, a break away and a wideopen net for letestu. two goals had deflections. the wings have been outshot 4/5 games this year by an average 33 - 21. goaltending isnt their problem

you're right whole team was bad. Mrazek was giving up rebounds though. Fukk him. Franzen is already having concussion symptoms. That's not good news for the red wings. One of best forwards in league when healthy.
