I just watched a shooting competion on tv amongst college women basketball players.As usual,they instituted luck into the skills competition by having white money balls that were worth alot more than the regular ball.

Now who goes out in any skills competition and starts thinking and using valuable time that I have it in my power to make this shot with the money ball more than a regular ball?You are unconscious about it.You follow a routine and shoot or try to hit a ball as best you can at the moment.

Why not just have wheels of fortunes at home plate and lucky slot machines or scratch off lottery tickets where you win chances at a made shot or homerun being worth more.It's like idiots that play the lottery that buy a kicker multiplier number for an extra dollar.

So in these contests,they are begging for luck to come into play where a less successful player can win it.What dumb ass came up with this casino promotion?

The money ball in hoops is huge IMO. You always see the players pause and set their hands just a bit more. A few players like Bird, just shot whatever was in the rack. It's kind of like the best bet in Beat The Prick. You think about it a bit more.
