when did it switch to $2500 prize pool divided by all people in the positive?

i thought this was a $5000 prize pool monthly.

did a quick search of the past months payouts, and before i could add up the first 12 or so peoples payouts i was already over 3000.

Switched between Feb. and March. It has said 2.5k since then and there was a thread about it... I'm not sure the reasons or whatever, but it was pointed out..
