Ref's started out calling BS on OU but now have made a reversal and has called absolute crap against UNC. I'm not sure who's side the refs are on and have to chalk it up to incompetence...

I assumed he took UNC -4 and parlayed it with the over 77 which was what he said. Either he lost, or broke even. Inside Info equal bad Info because both plays had to hit.
