There is a HUMUNGOUS difference between good college players and professionals. A good college team is lucky to have a couple of future NBA players. The Grizz, as bad as they are, would DESTROY Nova.

How many NBA players did Greece have when they beat the USA basketball team? ZERO! I think that UNC would be a 20 point dog against the Grizzlies but 20 point dogs win every now and then.

So, if you think that UNC would be a 20 pt. dog to the Grizz, you are essentially conceding my point which was that a really good college team is going to lose to even a bad NBA team pretty much all of the time...

Not that UNC couldn't win one out of ten or one out of twenty...but that they would lose, and rather convincingly, the other 18 or 19 times...

You may be too young to remember this but ... a LONG time ago, there used to be a game between senior college football all-stars who were getting ready to enter the NFL and last season's NFL champions...the NFL champion, as best I recall, won every one of those games except one.

grizzlies are pure asssssssssss. this memphis team would not beat a college team like villanova judging by last nights performance. they are scared to go for a layup! jumpshot misses are their specialty. memphis cant get the ball in the hoop. or get in to the paint and how bout their free throw skills.HAHA I watched the game last night and I had to turn it off after the 1st half even though my money was on portland. watching that game you could tell that portland felt bad for the ass players. this game should have been 105 portland - 60 memphis easily.

Yeah, I watched it last night. I had Portland as the last team of a 3-team ML parlay. So, I stayed up and watched it on DirectTV.

And, yes, Memphis was total and utter crap...but I stand by my previous statement, good college teams would beat even bad NBA teams only once in a great while.
