You can tell he's mentally lacking just from his interviews. His pocket presence is that of someone who keeps a flask hidden under his seat on the sideline. I can't imagine this guy instills confidence in the locker room or has the natural leadership instincts to command respect amongst a team of grown men. He probably wears his helmet to bed at night. I'm willing to bet he signs his autograph in crayons. Peyton inherited all the football IQ genes, leaving his little brother the scraps... hence the mental faculties of a Chia Pet.
