Watched it in super slow motion.....the ball did not hit the ball. It was not mentioned because it wasn't actually close. Real time I thought the same thing....slowed down, NOPE.

I think the Royals lose this here, but I am definitely hoping they pull through as I have them LARGE. No matter what I like the play at 2-2 in the 7th and getting the +money that I did.
