did you recieve help from SBR?
    Hi

Those of you that have read my posts in another thread in this forums know what I´m taliking about, but for those of you that don´t I would like to explain: I send a formal complaint to SBR more than a week ago in regards to a bonus dispute at www.betot.com I have not heard anything for SBR after a week, and have read that I´m not the only one with this problem. From what I can understand after following this forum more than a year SBR har helped alot of players, but what is going on at this time? Are they to busy, understaffed or don´t they care anymore? So my question is: Have you recieved help lately? And what did you do in order to get it?

I do to. And don´t get this in the wrong way, because I have heard nothing but good about Bill Dozer and his team. But I don´t think that it is fair that I and others have to wait that long to hear anything regarding a complaint. Afterall the automatic email that a player recieves after at complaint is send says that the player will hear from them within 24 hours.

I was just reading another thread about someone who submitted a complaint over a month ago and still no response/acknowledgement.

It is a situation I see over and over. I can't knock SBR what with all they do, but it does seem like sending a brief message at the time people file complaints would ease a lot of uncertainty.

People just want to know what is going on.

I've used the threat of taking a dispute to the SBR forum. The book's management quickly changed their mind and decided not to unjustly squeeze me.

SBR has clout. Hopefully they get back to you, slevy. GL

I can understand some of the frustration with regards to other disputes, but SBR has definitely helped me in the past. I had a major situation with ABCIslands a couple of years back, and had Dozer, Josh and Mudcat all helping out and giving advice. On Mudcat's advice, I started by sending a very long and detailed email to Bill Dozer and things started rolling from there.

Oh yeah - I don't mean to knock SBR at all. They have helped a ton of people. (Many, many tons in actuality.)

It just seems like we see this more and more, where guys have no idea if their complaint is even in the queue a month later. They are wondering if they should be resubmitting or what.

And the problem is, you can't just tell them to wait and everything will be fine because sometimes these complaints really do seem to go missing and they really should re-submit.

Simple use of an e-mailed form letter to people with pending complaints could make such a difference, I think.

Anyway, I'll bump this again for slevy. Maybe RJ's suggestion of PMing someone is the best idea.

If a player doesn't get a response in a few business days, they should call the number as instructed on the complaint form they submit. They are welcome to call immediately if they like. Unfortunately email is not 100% and with the increasing number of players from various countries it seems mail can have more problems. There is nothing wrong with following up via email or posting here if you didn't get a fast response.

Slevy, if you can PM me your email address we can look for your email.

As expected, BetPhoenix took responsibility for BetOT and we have been assured everyone will/is getting their funds including earned bonuses. Players are fortunate this book was run out of their operation. We realize the book has been busy with BetOT but Phoenix needs to improve their customer service and have better communication with players, including our posters. Phoenix is top rated book financially but being new, they have some kinks to work out and people to bring in to help with their very fast growth. We expect to have the status of everyone's bonus complaints and what BetPhoenix plans to do by next week.
